Final approved artwork has to be sent via email to info@mediabuzz.com.sg containing the client's contact that made the booking.

Deadline: the 14th of January, March, May, July, September, November, taking into consideration the specifications mentioned above.

Asian eMarketing Advertising Conditions

Advertisements: All advertising must comply with the technical specifications of MediaBUZZ Pte Ltd, (Publisher) and its acceptance by the Publisher is subject to the conditions below.
Advertising entitlements: The Advertiser is entitled to the page space and position stated in the Asian eMarketing Advertising Booking Form. Unless otherwise negotiated the page selected for the advertisement will be at the discretion of the Publisher.

Advertising web link: Each advertisement receives one optional web link that can be placed within the advertisement. The Advertiser is responsible for communicating the link to the Publisher at the time of the ad booking and for the correct operation of the linked page. The Publisher will not be held responsible for any material published on the linked page and the Advertiser indemnifies the Publisher against any and all action whatsoever arising from the publishing of the link and or the material on the linked page.

Publishing dates and delivery: Asian eMarketing is published every two months and dispatched electronically on the 14th of January, March, May, July, September and November in 2008. Asian eMarketing is circulated as a hyperlink in an email message that gives access to the PDF document and is sent to an individually addressed email. As the Internet and email systems are subject to variables beyond the Publishers control, the Advertiser acknowledges that no guarantee is given by the Publisher that some or all of the subscribers listed on the Publisher's database may fail to receive a copy of the Publication. The Advertiser acknowledges that Asian eMarketing is a free publication and may be forwarded or circulated by subscribers to people and organizations not on the Publishers database and that the Publisher does not screen subscribers. Current issues and back issues of Asian eMarketing are posted to a website at time of dispatch for collection by subscribers and non-subscribers. Publishing dates and methods of delivery are subject to change without notice.

Material deadlines: All advertising material is to be received by the Publisher no later than 5.00 pm EST on the 14h of the appropriate month prior to publication after the 15th. All advertising material supplied shall be considered to have received client sign-off. The Publisher accepts no responsibility for errors in the material supplied.

Booking cancellation deadline: Cancellation of the advertising booking will not be accepted after 5.00 pm EST on the 7th of the month prior to publication. Advertising sold as part of a package containing more than one insert can only be cancelled following 30 days written notice once the first insert date has passed.

Delivery of advertising material: The Publisher must receive all advertising material in accordance with the deadlines above via email, post or courier unless otherwise arranged. (A limit of 3MB applies to attached files. It is good practice to confirm the receipt of the email by phone. Should the email system of either the Advertiser or MediaBUZZ Pte Ltd be out of order, alternative delivery arrangements will be made accordingly).

Booking confirmations: Booking confirmations will be emailed to the email address stated on the booking form if requested at the time of booking. (All verbal bookings require a signed booking form before advertising can commence). The terms and conditions apply to all advertisements placed for publication. These conditions cannot be waived except by the written consent of MediaBUZZ Pte Ltd, (Publisher). These terms and conditions may be subject to change without notice.

INDEMNITY: The Advertiser, its representatives and or agents acknowledge that in respect of the advertising content and information supplied to the Publisher, it holds all rights pertaining to the Trade Marks, Copyrights and all other permits necessary to it, in the promotion of its products and services and all offers associated with the advertising submitted.

The Advertiser therefore indemnifies the Publisher against all claims in relation to the advertising content submitted, and agrees that all costs incurred by the Publisher in proving this indemnity are to be met by the Advertiser. This indemnity shall be implied at the occasion an individual advertising booking is made without the necessity for the execution of any other document.
