India's premium technology enabler announced the appointment of Mr. Shrikant Shitole as iValue's CEO.

Shrikant has been known in the industry for his business management leadership roles across IT, Telecom, VAS, Software, and Cybersecurity industries in his energetic 30+ years of experience. He will be responsible for heading iValue's business and operations. iValue's areas of business interest along with Shrikant's expertise around Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, IOT, SmartCity, Data Center Services, IT Infrastructure Planning & Management, and outsourcing services will come together to create a futuristic “win-win” situation.

Shrikant comes with experience and significant exposure handling multiple global companies. In his last role at FireEye Technologies, he was designated as Country Head for India. His prior assignments were Symantec Software, Nelco Ltd., Cisco Systems, Sify Ltd, Siemens Ltd and Tata Telecom Ltd.

IQAX Limited, a leading-edge information technology company providing intelligent digital solutions for global shipping and trade, announced the appointment of Romney Wong as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Wong previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer and brings deep technical expertise to the CEO role to drive innovation and growth for the business. As CEO, Wong will lead overall business operations and strategy, and spearhead the continued development of the company within the shipping industry. Wong has considerable experience aligning business capabilities with commercial needs. His ability to optimize operational effectiveness through leading-edge technology – including the design and implementation of ocean carrier systems and the leveraging of cloud, Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) to solve business problems for carriers, terminals, shippers, and logistics service providers – will remain key to IQAX's continued success.

IQAX announce two other appointments:

Lionel Louie is now Chief Commercial Officer for IQAX. With three decades of technical expertise and a deep understanding of enterprise solutions, Louie will drive IQAX's commercial strategy. His experience in digital transformations with blockchain and cloud solutions gives him valuable insight on the development of the industry.

Alice Wong will be expanding her role to Chief Marketing and Sales Officer from her previous title of Chief Marketing Officer. She will now lead both IQAX's international sales and marketing division. Wong brings two decades of proven leadership experience in corporate sales and executive marketing to the role.

Kuaishou Technology, a leading content community and social platform, announces the appointment of Mr. Jin Bing as CFO, replacing Mr. Chong Nicholas Yik who retired and reporting to Mr. Cheng Yixiao, the Company's CEO.

Mr. Jin is experienced in diverse fields such as financial management, financing, investor relations, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

He has a strong financial background and worked in Citi's China Investment Banking Department and at Credit Suisse, including as the Head of China Technology of Investment Banking and Capital Markets, Asia Pacific. In addition, he served as the chief financial officer of Joyy Inc. (formerly known as YY Inc) and as chief financial officer of Zuoyebang. Before starting his investment banking career, he worked in areas including public service, consulting and corporate banking.

Mr. Jin received his bachelor's degree in English from the Beijing Foreign Studies University, his master's degree in Pacific International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego, and his MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
