During his stints at prestigious companies, Schobeiri was a board member of the IAB Tech Lab, where he contributed to the creation of the IAB Europe's Transparency & Consent Framework - giving the advertising ecosystem a common language to communicate consumer choices around data processing for advertising. He has also been an advisory board member for a number of adtech and data companies. Today, he lends his expertise to Ocient, Ergatta, and Truthset, helping steer their growth and positive momentum.

At Ogury, Schobeiri will spearhead and execute the company's strategic vision for its technology, further developing its cookieless and ID-less solution at a pivotal time for the industry. Based in Paris, he will report to Geoffroy Martin, CEO at Ogury, and be a member of the company's executive committee.

Banton is an experienced leader specialized in Construction and Erection All Risk policies along with Delay in Start-Up for business interruption. Bloomfield has been with the team since 2017 as Director, Policy & Research, and more recently as Acting CPO, helping to develop and execute policy initiatives relevant to the video industry, in consultation with and on behalf of AVIA member companies.

In her new role, Bloomfield will spearhead AVIA’s policy unit, working with members to set the policy strategy and represent and engage in constructive dialogue with governments and regulators around the region so they may better understand the curated video industry and foster an environment of support for the growth of the industry.

Prior to joining AVIA, Bloomfield has previously worked as a UK diplomat. Her postings included Hong Kong, Washington DC, Slovakia, Ghana and Pakistan.

Sasmith has performed at the highest levels since first entering the IP networking business out of the University of Maryland. At FORE Systems, a leader in ATM technology during the initial Internet boom, he is credited with designing the highest capacity IP networks at the time for large accounts like UUNET, internetMCI, America OnLine and several other backbone providers.

Sasmith was also a key figure in the restart of iDirect in 2002 by hiring an outstanding team of field Systems Engineers while providing the initial product strategy, launching the company from a $2M revenue restart to over $100M five years later. He and other members of the iDirect team were credited with the Virtual Network Operator (VNO) terminology and strategy that has become an industry standard term today. In 2008, Sasmith joined XipLink to help launch the company, performing many functions and ultimately running the Asia region. Most recently, Sasmith has been Director of Systems Engineering in iDirect’s Asia region which has consistently performed at the highest levels within the company.

Prior to that, Paul headed the Asia Pacific region for Comexposium, one of the world's leading event organisers managing over 170 B2B and B2C events across 11 sectors in over 30 global economic growth zones. As Regional Managing Director and later Chief Executive Officer for the region, he grew the business through partnerships, joint ventures and event launches. He also spent close to 14 years at Reed Exhibitions (now known as RX Global), where he managed multiple mergers and acquisitions in various sectors, including the joint venture between RX Global and Sinopharm (China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation) to form Reed Sinopharm Exhibitions (RSE), which eventually saw RSE managing a portfolio of 30 highly recognised events in the healthcare sector.

Paul is keen to forge strategic partnerships for growing the business in key markets like China, India and Malaysia, with a focus on industry sectors such as technology, advanced manufacturing and sustainability. He firmly believes that Constellar is well-placed to strengthen communities and build ecosystems to solve global challenges such as climate change and food security.

Paul holds a Master of Arts in Asia Pacific Studies from University of Leeds, focusing on the Chinese and Southeast Asian economies including socio-political drivers; and a Bachelor of Science (BSC) in Monetary economics and corporate finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
